LOCATION HISTORY

BankRose Production is located in what is formally known as the The Hip Hop Shop. The Hip Hop Shop was a clothing store opened by fashion designer, Maurice Malone. However, it was more well known for its open mic contest on Saturdays hosted by rapper Proof. The battles often included artist such as Eminem, members of D-12. producer J Dilla, Slum Village and other Detroit Hip Hop LEGENDS!
